They are fronted by violinist Paul Anastasio and his ensemble, featuring rare and traditional music from Mexico's Tierra Caliente region. The violin and guitar music includes boleros, danzónes, and waltzes. Fire of Tierra Caliente will be playing at NUNU Arts & Culture Collective on Thursday, September 25th, and at the Hideaway on Lee on Sunday, September 28th.
