Payroll Deduction
UL Lafayette employees can take advantage of Payroll Deduction for their contributions to KRVS 88.7 Public Radio.
In order to have your payment deducted from your UL Lafayette paycheck, you must provide KRVS with a signed authorization form.
You may print out the required form below and email it to jfalls@krvs.org or mail it to PO Box 43595 Lafayette, LA 70504. You can also use the UL Lafayette interdepartmental mailroom and address it to Julianne Falls at KRVS.

KRVS is now accepting real estate donations of any property type (land, homes, or commercial) in any location so long as there is equity.
Loans, liens, commissions owed and all closing costs are paid by us.
