Creole., Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve and promote the numerous aspects of the Creole culture of Southwest Louisiana. The Listening Room offers world-class symphonic music, preformed in a smaller, more intimate, salon-style setting. Concerts are held in the AcA's James Devin Moncus Theater, which is converted to take on the feel of a living room parlor. January 26th, Slovenian Clarinet virtuoso, Darko Brlek will preform alongside the ASO Chamber Ensemble to present a captivating repertoire of classical music arranged for clarinet and strings. Basin Arts and KRVS come together to co-produce Art Circle, a monthly conversation between Dean Daryl Moore of UL Lafayette's College of Arts and two guests, a visual and a performing artist.
