Acadian Museum Fundraiser
On November 15th at 6:00 PM, there will be a fundraiser for the Acadian Museum at the Erath Community Center. They will be raising money for all the organizations the Acadian Heritage and Culture Foundation supports. They will also be inducting Lt. Healer, folklorist and actor Becca Begnaud speaks on 17 Year Locust (2021), a short film. "When a struggling immigrant takes a job as a caregiver to a dying woman, she shares with him a secret that casts a haunting shadow on the American life that he has desperately been pursuing."
