  • Jaik Faulk, the Visual Arts Director at the Acadiana Center for the Arts, describes the artistry behind the main gallery exhibition, Dark Wave/Light Room. The artists featured in this exhibit limit the use of color by using only black and white media. This exhibit will be open until January 10, 2026. Check out their website for more information.

  • Hodge Podge is concert organized by students of the UL music business and recording arts programs. Unlike typical university music events, Hodge Podge is entirely organized, promoted, and produced by students which offers a rare, hands-on approach to the music industry. Hodge Podge 3 will take place on November 20th at the Blue Moon Saloon. Doors open at 6pm with pre party act, Meredith Guy.   • On Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, UL's Speech and Debate Team will be showing the film “Charade”, starring Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant on the Student Union Porch. Tickets for the event are $5 and the proceeds from the event will be used to help support the team’s endeavors for this year’s competition season!
