Featuring Dale Bordelon, waterfowl tradition bearer and living legend, in conversation with Jason Theriot, Ph.D., historian and author, with special musical guest Jourdan Thibodeaux. Guests will enjoy duck gumbo prepared by Dale Borderlon, along with other waterfowl-and seafood-focused dishes. Ducks, Dinner, & Dale will take place at the Center for Louisiana Studies J.Arthur Roy House on Thursday, September 10th from 6-8PM. Proceeds support the Center's waterfowl and wildlife initiatives, including UL Press publication projects, oral histories, field documentation, archival preservation, exhibits, public programming, and student research.
