UL Lafayette's LEED Center has launched a new initiative to stimulate business developments all over Lafayette. The Rural Economic Development Innovation Initiative's (REDII) goal is to recognize the innovation rural communities have and provide them with the necessary resources to unleash their creative potential. They have created a prototyping lab at the LITE Center called the REDII Works FabLab, and have also been doing roadshows around Acadiana. For more information, click here.
