This year, the 100 Black Men of Greater Lafayette and Acadiana Black Nurses Association is thrilled to bring back the annual Sickle Cell Walk/Run as well as a Health and Wellness Expo to bring awareness to Sickle Cell Disease, and make a difference in the lives of those living with sickle cell disease in Lafayette. On October 19th, there will be a marked walk/run trail, vendors, a blood donation drive, complimentary food samples, a chance to win prizes, educational material, and more.
