ArtSpark is a competitive grant program supporting individual artists in Acadiana by providing technical support and funding and entrepreneurial training to artists in various fields. Sitting with George Rodrigue at the Hilliard
The Hilliard Art Museum on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette is thrilled to announce the opening of the highly anticipated exhibition, ‘Sitting with George Rodrigue,’ on January 27, 2024. 'Sitting with George Rodrigue' brings together a large selection of Rodrigue's best work, much of which has not been exhibited together before. This retrospective of one of Louisiana's preeminent painters and culture bearers is a must-see meant to secure the artist's legacy here in his home region of Acadiana.

2024 Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo
The Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo is the foremost showcase of public power lineworker skill and knowledge – and a unique opportunity for lineworkers to connect with and learn from their nationwide community. Journeyman and apprentice lineworkers compete for professional recognition, attend training, and practice essential skills in a safe environment.
