Treat your mom to a Symphony experience this Mother's Day! Join us on Sunday, May 8 at 2:30pm, for an afternoon of musical tributes to motherly love and the magic of life. From classical masterworks and Viennese Waltzes, to intimate romantic songs and Broadway hits, this celebration will bring a beautiful gamut of melodic affections. This event will take place at St. Mary's Church in Lafayette.

Rehearsals are underway as Eunice Players' Theatre prepares to open its 52nd season with "The Queen of Bingo", written by Jeanne Michels and Phyllis Murphy. This two-act comedy centers on two sisters and best friends, Sis and Babe, who share a love of Bingo, especially at St. Joseph's Church where they dish the dirt, giggle like school girls, share old memories, and work out their problems.
