My name is Olivia Broussard, and this is my podcast called “Stan Up Girls” that explores fangirl culture, the double standards surrounding it, and the long history of passionate fandoms. In this episode, we’re going all the way back to one of the earliest and most iconic waves of fangirls, the fans of the legendary band, The Beatles.
