These bills include changes to Louisiana's income tax rates, deductions, corporation taxes, and franchise taxes. Dr. Procopio expertly dissects all these bills and tells us what makes sense, what's problematic, and what's likely to pass muster in the legislature, given the 2/3rds requirement for passing much of this legislation.
